Soft Tissue Mobilization

Soft tissue Mobilization (STM) encompasses a variety of manual (applied by hand) therapies to help boost the immune system, relieve chronic muscle and joint pain, reduce stress, and fight depression. STM also promotes good blood circulation. STM detoxifies the body by moving waste through the lymphatic system. Finally, STM improves muscle tone and promotes healing.
